DJ Must Provide for Web Page
The name of his/her show.
Pictures (at least 4 or 5) for the web page.
Enhanced web page costs an additional $50.
At least FOUR (4) sentences describing the show.
Desired day and time of show (depends on availability).

What Does All of This Cost?
$150 (one-time) set-up fee and a one-page web page
Enhanced web page costs an additional $100.

(Should DJ desire that the page be placed on personal website, a username/email and password must be given to web page developer).
DJs need to purchase all equipment required for their personal shows:
Microphone, Mic Stand, Headset, Lab Top, Mixer and Chord.
(Lab Top Can Only Be Used for EAMT Shows if Shows are LIVE). This is Not Required for Taped Shows).
(Used mixers may be found on Ebay or other similar sites).
Monthly cost of $75 (2 hrs. weekly) paid via a PayPal account.
To Avoid Late Fees & DJ Show Delayed, Payments Should Be Made by the 15th of Each Month
