This Privacy Policy explains when and why we collect personal information about people who visit our website, how it is used and the conditions under which it may be disclosed to others.  This Privacy Policy may change from time to time.   By using our website, you are bound by this policy.  Any questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be sent by email to [email protected]. 

NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS
We use this information to contact you for services provided.  This information is required by DJs and interviewees.

RADIO INTERVIEWS
Radio Interviews are considered personal data and EAMTRADIO receives consent of interviewees for any contents of the interviews.  This includes first time plays and replays.  Eamtradio includes show automation and live recording functionality which involves storing spoken word content as audio files. As these files are designed for public consumption they are not stored in an encrypted means. 

COOKIES and LOG FILES
We do not use cookies and URL information to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and your searches. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on EAMTRADIO and to improve our marketing efforts, including through the use of targeted advertising. Persistent cookies may be removed by following instructions provided by your browser.  

PERSONAL DATA
We collect Personal Data you voluntarily provide when contacting us.   This information is used in the following manner: (1) contact us to learn more about Eamtradio by subscribing to a mailing list or other opportunities you indicate of interest at the time; or (ii) contact customer service. This information may include your name, business name, and any other information that you choose to provide to us when you comment on materials on Eamtradio, in order to contact you as a potential customer, or respond to a support request.  
When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

FOR IOS APPS
The EAMTRADIO iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

​FOR ANDROID APPS
The EAMTRADIO ANDROID APP does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.    In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data. The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Under no circumstances will we directly disclose or sell your personal information to any third party.  We are strongly against any form of internet 'spam' and keep all collected information strictly confidential in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We will not sell or provide your information to third parties for any purpose.

USE OF GOOGLE API SERVICES
EAMTRADIO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
EAMTRADIO may preserve or disclose Personal Data in response to a lawful legal request, including: subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, or in connection with any legal process; to comply with relevant laws; to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, safety of person or property, violation of our policies, or as otherwise required by law. 

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
 Our website may contain links to other websites run by other organizations. This privacy policy applies only to our services‚ so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our website.
